Increasingly, people are requesting and receiving supports that meet their unique needs and preferences. Individuals and families have told us that people with developmental disabilities need, want, and deserve to have homes in community. These homes should be of their choosing and should be as varied in definition as those within the broader community.
This site outlines a few of the things CLBC is doing to meet the residential needs of the individuals and families we support.

Highlights and Updates
In March 2008, CLBC and its community partners will host a three-day conference to help agencies think in detail about how they individualize supports and services. Learn the latest ways agencies are responding to the unique needs of individuals and families and help re-shape how supports and services are provided in BC.
